Situated along Lake Malaren, we have a restaurant on our property which serves modern Swedish cuisine. Our executive chef, Johan grew up on the farm and has years of experience working in well-known restaurants in Stockholm and Copenhagen. He is dedicated to using organic ingredients grown on the farm and locally sourced products from our neighbors to create fresh and delicious food. The menu changes regularly depending on the season as we are committed to using the best ingredients available. The restaurant overlooks the lake with 32 seats in the cosy dining room and additional seats on the balcony. The relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, coupled with the delectable food, is the perfect setting for a Sunday night dinner or any special occasions. The restaurant can be booked for private events and we can accommodate up to 80 guests in our outdoor tent for weddings.
During the summer, we are pleased to offer our produce at our farm shop located below the restaurant. Here you can purchase freshly picked tomatoes, cucumbers, assorted lettuce, herbs such as basil, thyme, oregano, marjoram, parsley, beautiful flowers and plants that you can grow in your own garden. We also sell marmalades, pesto and juice that are freshly made on the farm. Other products available at the shop include locally sourced flour, oil, honey, cheese, meat, tea, coffee, chocolate that are all KRAV certified.
We will be serving fika at our brand new cafe within the shop, so you can enjoy a cup of coffee or ice cream outdoors with a gorgeous view of the lake and our greenhouses.
