Hornudden is situated in the middle of Lake Malaren and except the water we are surrounded of lots of interesting places to visit. We are happy to be a part of Stockholm Countrybreak (around 1 hour to Stockholm from Hornudden) and at Visit Sörmland you can find some of our colleagues.

We are also close to Uppsala (1 hour), Västerås (45 min), Enköping (30 min), Eskilstuna (30 min) and the closest town is Strängnäs (15 min).

When you are interested in Vikings Frösåkers brygga (40 min) is the perfect place to visit and if you want to experience the most fresch fish in a rural red house you have to go to Fiskarfruns café (40 min) at Ängsö.

In Mariefred you can find our favorite Royal Castle Gripsholms slott (30 min) and at the same time visit and stroll in the nice town Mariefred.
